To determine number of player seasons, choose Pos = ALL, Min Games = 0, Check "Include Secondary Positions" and set Season Type = Full/Combined

I can't for the life of me figure out the correct strategy here. It seems different than a 12x12 but I'm not sure how it should affect my selection. I may end up switching to a different outfielder but right now I'll reserve:

The biggest difference between 16x16 and 12x12 is the fewer number of "teammates". You only get 9, which means you will need to actually use at least 7-8 of your 15 drafted players. Those 9 teammate slots are gold and should be used wisely.
