For the purposes of this theme we will use current divisional alignment.
AL East = Orioles, Red Sox, Yankees, Rays, Jays
AL Central = White Sox, Indians, Tigers, Royals, Twins
AL West = Astros, Angels, A's, Mariners, Rangers
NL East = Braves, Marlins, Mets, Phillies, Nationals
NL Central = Cubs, Reds, Brewers, Pirates, Cardinals
NL West = Diamondbacks, Rockies, Dodgers, Padres, Giants
Once we reach 24 owners, each owner will be randomly assigned a division......so each division will be assigned to 4 owners. I will use random.org for this assignment. Unique park assignment will also be random and will be divisionally accurate for the timeframe, you will know your park before roster creation so you can plan accordingly. You could end up with the NL West and Coors Field, or the AL East and Fenway.
Your roster must follow these rules:
A. must have exactly 5 players from each team in your division. (5x5=25)
B. must contain at least one player from each year 1998-2016. The other 6 players can be from any year(s) in that same timeframe.

Alignment will obviously be by division assignment.
