Welcome, & here are the guidelines to roster your 'skaters',
for this league, designed to make ALL teams competitive :

GOALIES >>> You are only allowed 2 total goalies, 1 whose
Sv.Pct% is "greater than or equal to" 90.00%... -&- your 2nd
whose Sv.Pct% is "less than or equal to" 89.99%...

FORWARDS >>> You may only roster a maximum total of 4
forwards with a Def-Rating of 90-96... No clones, &, waiver
wire transactions must conform to these restrictions... You
may also opt to choose fewer than the maximum allowed...

DEFENSEMEN >>> There are no rules concerning the D-Men
you 'pick-&-play', except to obey the NO CLONES rule...

SCRUBS >>> Minimum salary, for each of 3 different scrubs,
is set @ $500,000... This, to aid in balancing any trades...

LEAGUE-WIDE PARAMETERS >>> Salary Cap @155 Mil, -&-
again, NO CLONES; there are NO ML'rs, & NO SHOOT-OUTS;
the WAIVER-WIRE is allowed; & TRADES are allowed (8veto);
Lastly, NO long-term INJURIES or SUSPENSIONS; & owners
may enter a MAXIMUM of 2 TEAMS...
