Dynamic salary pricing is helping, but even after a few cycles there's still a lot of dependence on the same old boring players. It appears that A+ range teams are gaining traction now, too, so a new wrinkle has been added to curb that dependence.

All pitchers must have a HR/9 of 0.25 or greater
All batters must have 0-30 SB (Draft Center search restriction)
No player can have an A+ range rating at any position

Pitchers cannot be excluded via the theme league wizard since you can only set the fielding range restriction in the hitters section. This will allow pitchers to have fielding range ratings of A+. Pitcher fielding is not the primary target of the No A+ restriction though, so I'll accept that some pitchers may have A+ range.
