For some bizarre reason one of the changes which came with HD's new recruiting system was the point in the timeline where scheduling opened up. It is now not possible to schedule games of any sort until the day prior to exhibition games actually starting. That is past ridiculous. Scheduling should be opened up much earlier in order to give coaches a chance to do it during all of that dead time between the NC game and the exhibition season.
