The first cycle of the season takes 24 hours, after that it's every 3 hours. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty confident that's correct.

This is the correct answer. The simulations happen at 3,6,9,12 ET.

The times between recruiting cycles varies. If the cycles are Harley Davidson then not so much time. But if they are some pansy assed one like Suzuki or Honda then it would be Much More Time.
