Campus Visit vs Home Visit in 3.0 Topic

I'm assuming CV's are worth the same in 3.0 as they were in 2.0, but they've decided to reduce the cost of the campus visit in 3.0. Is that correct? Was there any mention by seble, in the test forums, that suggested a CV would be worth less?
