I am quitting and I have $4.00 in credits left over. They say they are transferrable but I don't know how to do that. Surely somebody wants them.

You have to send a ticket.

I was hoping for something other than that, since my ticket is very likely to end up in the circular file. If I am to give this $4 away, that is $4 less that someone else will be paying WIS. Low-level CS would probably get in trouble for giving away the store. Just so I can say I did, I have sent the ticket. If it gets ignored, oh well.
