2 players difference of 5.32 in guess ratings. the top guy has "lotta room to grow" and we +50. Bottom guy we 30 "STL". 1st time coach. thoughts?

Which one has the higher GUESS rating? If the "lotta room to grow" guy has the higher GUESS rating, take him for sure. Even though the other one is an STL, the low WE will hinder his growth too much.

yes higher guess is higher we and lotta room to grow guy. thx for clarifying. seeing the elusive STL blinded me a bit to everything else
