A-10 and CUSA are two really good conference to get a team in Phelan D1.

I came back to Phelan this year. After five seasons away, I had to start at D2. May be several years zorzii before WIS jobs will allow me back in D1.

Get to A-10 WVUFAN. I think it's a great mid-major conf to build. It's almost empty. Lots of good programs with nice baseline prestige.

St-Martin's is UP for grab D2, RUPP!!!
