I am pretty new to HD. I have one scholarship left in recruiting cycle two. I had put all 40 attention points on a recruit I lost out on. Ever since he signed a couple of cycles ago with another team I haven't been able to get those 40 attention points back to try and sign another recruit. Will I eventually get tgose points back or am I stuck with getting a sim recruit? Thank you in advance.

Hey bperkins, yes, you should still have 40 Attention Points available to you each cycle because you still have 1 roster opening (worth 20 AP's), plus the auto HD allotment (20 AP's).

Turn in a ticket. Your 40 AP should still be available. You have 20 available even with zero openings

try clearing cookies, try a different browser - one possibility is that the game somehow thinks you still have 40 AP on that guy.....and submit a ticket

Tried all of that and it didn't work. Sent in a ticket this morning but of course I won't get an answer today when recruiting ends this evening.

Keep scouting. All players on your level open up for scholarships in the last cycle. You might find a player that way if you need one.No AP needed.

Hope they give him a free season. That is flat out inexcusable considering this has been a known issue in the past.

Well, when they resolved it it was 2 hours away from recruiting was over. Didn't offer me a free season. Said they would just review it so it wont happen again. Now I don't have a quality shooting guard for awhile.

WTF. For real? This was a bug where you couldn't send APs anymore? That's crazy.

This had actually happened to me as well. Fortunately, at the time, I was done with my recruiting anyway.

Another AP question. I read thru Chapel's guide to the new 3.0m recruiting but couldn't find the answer I was looking for. Here goes, so far in my few recruiting sessions, I've only been able to use 80 AP max on any given player, even when I have up to 140 available. Is 80 the max you can use in each cycle or have I just been having really bad luck? I read in Chapel's 3.0 guide about using 100 AP in one example, but I can't use over 80. Help?

They changed it to 80 max about a month or so after launch.
