Nationals over Astros in 7. Nationals will be trailing by 3 runs in the top of the 9th. Two out and bases loaded, Harper comes to the plate and hits a grand slam. Astros can't get the tying run in the bottom of the 9th and the rest will be Nationals history !!!
Sounds like something Ken Giles would do. Choke when the team needed him most

As for the AL wild card game last night, I was pretty excited when the Twins went up 3-0 in the first inning, knocking Yankee starter Luis Severino out after he'd recorded just one out. I was hoping to see Bartolo Colon pitch later in the playoffs, no doubt in a blowout loss if it happened at all, but still. Bartolo in the playoffs!

By the way, that was the 13th straight post-season loss for the Twins, tying them with the Red Sox for longest post-season losing streak ever. Ten of the Twins losses have been to the Yankees.
didn't know that about the Twins 13 straight post season loss tying them with the BoSox for longest post season streak ever. They certainly have had their problems with the Yanks.

I predict the obvious one. Cleveland, probably over the Nats.

Three home runs for Altuve against the Red Sox today. Chris Sale started for Boston, gave up 7 earned runs in 5 innings. Not a good post-season so far for starting pitchers.

I'm shocked that Cleveland lost, especially in light of Judge going 1-for-20 with 16 strikeouts -- most whiffs in ever in a playoff series!

Here it is. The left fielder didn't look overjoyed by it.

That was a pretty good series, some great pitching performances on both sides.

Aaron Judge broke Alfonso Soriano's record for most strikeouts in a post-season -- and he didn't even need the World Series to do it!

A great catch but I've seen quite a few that were a lot more spectacular. You must not watch much baseball.
