Yes, there can be multiple Kershaws (i.e,. 2013 & 2015). If another team had Kershaw on it, he could be drafted and twisted, just not to 2013 or 2015.

Ok one more......when picking from the other teams, if 2 owners want to twist a player to the same season, they both could have the exact same player correct? Example: one owners selects 94 Smoltz, another owner selects 98 Smoltz, and they both want to twist him to 96 Smoltz. They both get 96 Smoltz?

we are going to have a problem as many chosen players have not enough seasons for others to draft.
example-if my choice only played 10 seasons, only 9 others may pick him

You are not understanding how this works. We are drafting players from the selected teams. Each team has roughly 25 players. Only 12 owners will be drafting from these 25 players. So there are plenty of players available. Any given team may only have 5 or 6 decent players, so we'll have to draft some crappy players.
