D1 Recruiting question Topic

Been a coach for several seasons in D3,D2, D1AA never had a problem recruiting. I'm in D1 and all the recruits are multiple at the start. The only undecideds are at the bottom of their position. I see the top 25 schools flip the sims off and get top 25 recruits. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what. I was trying to get top 50 at each position or better

Usually all the players start off with Sim AI schools on them and then you have to put in an effort to knock them off
