what is the point of starting recruiting at 8 am but yet nothing happens until 5pm

Gives 9 hours for people to participate in the most important cycle. Before, when the window was only 2 hours, if people had an appointment in real life the consequences were pretty nasty.

SMH...
The point is giving customers a 9 hour window to load recruiting actions rather than forcing them to be in front of their computer in a 2 hour window.

Meh. It will be short-lived. No way is someone going to monitor these threads for arguments full-time.

I think it started when someone in ADMIN took a team from a user in HBD for a rules infraction that happens constantly. At least that's when the HBD threads went missing. User has since had the team returned to him.

Although, TBH, I'd prefer that over the "We only look if someone reports it" and then tell you to report someone else if you felt you were wronged.
