Nonqualifier - what happens if he doesnt study? Topic

anyone know what happens if a nonqualifier doesnt study as a freshman and doesnt get to minimum grades? Does he sit on your roster but ineligible? does he ever leave school without rescinding his schollie?

I think the only consequence to an ineligible not making grades is they will not get a full offseason ratings improvement if they fail second semester.

And, it makes it harder for them to maintain the minimum GPA to qualify for the 5th year.
