I didn't notify this kid of a red shirt during recruiting so after recruiting, I tried 4 times to red shirt him. Of course he refused it and his WE went to 1 and I took the red shirt off and his WE went to were it was originally. The weird thing is that after the 4th time of taking the red shirt off of him, his WE not only went back to normal, but went up 4 points??? Anyone seen this before?

OP, were you using your phone when you did it?

It is really finicky to be honest. I think you can only utilize when a guy has a decent WE going in. It wouldn't work on my guy with 13 WE. Also it doesn't just keep going up. So I'll use Hall as an example.

717 would go to 655, then back to 717, then back to 655, then to 717 and then like 657, which in turn would boost his WE by 2 on a switch. So once the increase happens it tends to be that a switch keeps it at 657; however it can increase, but also decrease. I just kept playing around with it on my cell phone. You can go negative as well. I had it where Hall went down to 714 and -3 WE. It really is a crapshoot, however it could potentially boost a guy from sub 30, to over 30.

That would require a coding change lol.

I did, they are usually pretty good about fixing bugs that affect game play.

I experimented on my DI team. It seems the "coding" doesn't remember the starting point for the work ethic.
For example :
Starting WE 75
Apply RS 10 (down 65)
Remove RS 75 (up 65)
Apply RS 1 (down 74)
Remove RS 75 (up 74)
Apply RS 20 (down 55)
Remove RS 94 (up 74)
