One of the problems I had was fitting under the cap while still using their best players. I think they've been hurt with the dynamic salaries as much as any team. Well, that, and I'm just not that great at this game.
that totally blew up my LAD team last leg. I wouldn't be surprised to see a lot more parity/surprise WS teams in Rule V right now, because a lot of the late round teams can't just load up on the top salary players any more.
