At what point in the season is the option to rescind a scholarship open?

You can rescind once the post season has concluded.

Well, darn, once MY postseason concluded I didn't pay further attention, so I'm stuck with two walk-ons again. My bad. Thanks for the info.

Another question ... on the roster page, how does the " Reset all player's Sub Level to:___ " work? Mine doesn't seem to do anything.

If you want to set ALL players at that position to a specific sub level, you select it on the pull down, then SAVE it. All players will now substitute at say "90%" or "85%", etc. You can then adjust indies, but it also must be saved after changes.
