If you are looking to go far in the TOC and pick up some WIS credits, then this is the theme league for you.

It is setup like an open league except that there are no AAA players and you have a 100 million dollar payroll.
Currently there are 8 teams in the league and we need 16 more to get started.

If you are interested use MLB118713 when you signup for your team.

Trades are allowed
Clones are allowed
Min pitching is 1250 innings
Min batting is 4800 PA
Waiver wire is allowed
No AAA players

We are up to 9. If you are tired of the 80m payroll teams then try 100m. You can draft 08 Joss again.
Check out Theme League Number (MLB118713) if you have never played in a Theme League before. It is almost identical to an open league.
