Just saw the "off the clock" drafting rule darny. Perhaps you should consider a time limit, or else we may have people waiting several days before making a pick. 24 or 48 hour maximum time perhaps?

I have seen guys take two-three days to pick someone. I say put it ON the clock from day one, and then people can pick or proxy. Just make sure everyone knows the date it kicks off

Hey I can handle it for two rounds. It drives me totally NUTS when guys are 8 hours late to pick, though
