Portland Franchise- Last few seasons have been a struggle. Lots of 60 win campaigns. However, the good news is that there have been a lot of high draft picks and IFA money available. Plus, another high draft pick this season is a nice enticement. This franchise is already on the road to rebuild so if that is your thing...take this one. Plus, this one is in my division so you can beat up on the commish over the next few seasons.
Toledo Franchise- Good consistent franchise that could go either way. You can sell off and tear down, or spend some cash and liven it up. Good franchise that was well run. Lots of options here.
