Good question. The season restriction will apply to all players (including clones).

$70 mil question:

Do the teams need to come from 3 different expansion franchises?

In the Variable Cap league, does the restriction include Catcher's Arm Rating?

Good questions. Both answered on Page 1

100m question

Additionally, you cannot use players from any of the seasons you selected.

Example: You pick the 2006-2015 Dodgers. You select the seasons 2006, 2011, and 2015. You can use 2014 Greinke but not 2015 Greinke (since you selected 2015), you can use 2011 Greinke (even though he was not a Dodger),
===
But I selected 2011... so am I really allowed to use 2011 Greinke?

Clarified - 2011 Greinke would not be eligible. You would be able to use 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, or 2014 Greinke but not 2006, 2011, 2015 or any other season.

For the 90 mil twist league and the 100 mil twist league do the players being twisted have to be SIM eligible in there base year or can they be listed in the Baseball Reference as playing for that team in the base year but not showing up in WIS?
Example: In the 90 mil twist Miguel Diaz appeared in 10 AB in year 1994 for the Athletics according to Baseball Reference but is not WIS eligible. I choose the 1994 Athletics as my team and want to clone Diaz to three other years in which he is WIS eligible. Is this allowed? (Bogus player just an example)

$70M Ballpark: Expansion teams' parks only
The expansion teams we choose or any expansion ballpark?

"The rest of your roster can come from any season of any expansion franchise that you did not select a team from."

Do they all need to come from the same expansion franchise? For example if I use the Mets, Royals and Blue Jays as my three teams, do I need to select one franchise for all my remaining players, or can they all be from different expansion franchises outside of my original three?

Q: for the $70 mil theme, if I choose the 62 Mets, can I only use those players from that year? Or can I twist the roster.
(pretty much, twisting or no twisting)

No twisting in the 70M theme.

$100M question: In essence, are we selecting a 10-year franchise window, choosing 3 years to twist from, and using twisted player seasons from the other 7 years?

For example:
1908-1917 Cleveland
I twist the CLE players from 1909, 1914, and 1917, but I use player seasons from 1908, 1910, 1911, 1912, 1913, 1915, and 1916 (regardless of who they played for during those seasons),

Correct with one addendum. You can choose UP TO three years. Choosing one or two years is totally fine.

Can we use 2017 as a season for the $100M twist league? (ie: 2008-2017 stretch, twisting players from a 2017 roster)
