I have a question about stadiums - the rules say "any" -does that mean I can change every year if I want to?

From the intro/rules on page 1 - "HOF players in the League cannot be used as a Teammate."
For clarification, does that mean that any HOFer that is initially drafted (league wide) is not eligible to be drafted as a teammate? ...and if not drafted they are eligible to be drafted as a teammate?

That is correct. HOF players drafted into the league CANNOT be used as a teammate.

but

If they aren't drafted they CAN be used as a teammate.
