Half-Court vs Up-Tempo Topic

I think we all know that all AST% bump teams run up-tempo, but if you are running High REB + OREB% with decent/average passing, would it be more efficient to run Half-Court then or is Up-Tempo still the way to go?

As long as you have enough shots drafted and your TOV isnt too high, Up-Tempo should always be best. Even if you feel you are 0.01% better than the opponent, more possessions = good.
