There have been plenty. Fisk was the worst first in my lifetime that came to mind. Puckett pretty much shut it down.
Fisk was not a 1st ballot HOFer because of the loaded Class of 1999 and most definitely belongs in the HOF!

I think Steve Garvey should be in the HOF too. The 1970's is very under represented in Cooperstown!
