Yikes that seems low. Where does D1 stand?

111 in D1 which is pretty good.

D1 seems to be holding strong or growing in all the worlds I can see.

anecdotally, it sounds like there's more interest in D1 from newer and more casual players plus a lot of players who do like HD3 are adding teams, and they are just passing through D2 and D3 on the way to D1.

Maybe 2 a day worlds aren't all the rage the 2 a day users make them out to be.

It makes sense to me that the 2 a day worlds would have the biggest D1 populations. Obviously it takes less real time to advance in those worlds, so they're just more conducive to players with D1 aspirations.

Yup.

also causes players to more quickly realize they may not like the game and quit.

I dislike D3 in 3.0, get frustrated in D2 sometimes. I think that curiously, D1 is the game with less holes.

Agree completely. I used to be a DII/DIII fanatic. Now, I can't stand DIII and am thinking about dropping my last DII team. 3.0 has killed the lower divisions for me.

What do you dislike about DIII compared to DI?
6/12/2017 3:48 PM
No scouting money in DIII.

That's why it's D3. Not being a smartass but, if I could fully scout 100 players at D3, it would be more like D2.

I would love D3 if D3 teams could only recruit players from their division. I understand how the system worked with pulldowns and I get how it works now as well, but I've also spent a ton of time on the forums reading about how the game works. I'm sure it's an unpopular opinion, but I think D3 should be a "beginners" league with more parity than it currently has, and reducing the amount of teams loaded with D1 players would be a huge step in making it that way.

I realize this would probably require there to be more D3 recruits, but I would definitely stay with a D3 team for a long while if there weren't any pulldowns from D2 or D1.

+1 and it would make recruiting relevant again. It's wait til the last day at D3 and really boring. No strats, wait and hope. Find the less crowded location with the most takented recruits.

That is A strategy zorzi. Not the only or even the best.
