Does advanced scouting play a role in the draft Topic

I have a friend that plays HBD and he swears that advanced plays some sort of role in both draft scouting and international...whereas, in the help it specifically states that "advanced scouts are responsible for projecting the ratings of all signed players within the franchise and on other franchises".

I think it's fairly cut and dry...anyone else have any thoughts?

No, it does not.

"advanced scouts are responsible for projecting the ratings of all signed players within the franchise and on other franchises"

Unsigned players are not within or on any franchise.
