I'll definitely take 2 teams in order to help get this filled. I'm thinking a $140-$150 million cap would be appropriate. I don't really like Save or Shooting% capped but it's your league.

BTW in your league description in the league page; it still says 91% for goalies. Hopefully you will fix this soon

I prefer eliminating the Save% cap. Tough to find a season of Hasek under 91%!!!
