Also, I don't think it's necessary to blacklist the expensive seasons of Gretzky & Lemieux if we're not capping D & save%.

Gretzky could be on both Ontario teams, right???

YEP!! and my tenders are over 91% I assume you scotched the g.t. save pct cap. Makes for more choices
I prefer eliminating the Save% cap. Tough to find a season of Hasek under 91%!!!
Goalie caps are ok when it is a big cap open, but not when you are limited to a certain team, or year, or player who played with same.. and etc. I use the cap just to give the owners more money to spend elsewhere.. but in here, best cap is none at all, and blacklist nobody

No blacklists?
No goalie save % limit?
Max 2 out with injury/suspension?

I suppose you're right! It's pretty much no limits except the teams/draft specified, $150mil. cap and no clones.

I agree. this post was made even before these most recent changes and this credo still holds.
No WW/No Trades. Period.
You've got to play with what you draft and, considering this cap and teams available, it should be quite a competitive league.

The $150 million cap should allow every team to have 4 solid lines. They're all pretty deep. Here's what I have so far. Just need to cut down a little over $2 million and I'm good!
