and the cap is 73 million in the nhl. do it for 75 . but great idea was thinking same thing .

team names cities other realistic expansion spots , seattle, quebec, .... etc

maybe 75 would be better actually. And yes, I guess I meant unprotected list...

All sorts of new leagues created recently. I dont have a league number yet. I will wait and see if this gains more traction.
