Just pick any actual team in history and build your best $90M team using at least 19 players from your chosen team's roster. Traded players with combined stats count, as long as WIS shows them as a member of your chosen team. You may then add up to 6 free agents from other team(s) from the same year as your chosen team. No DH, WW, AAA, trades, clones or twisting. You must use the home park that your team used in your chosen season, or WIS Park if the actual park isn't available.
