Just wanted to give a heads up for anyone in Warner D1, D1AA, or people who quit, the Big 12 has several good job openings and it's the job change period right now. Missouri (3 seasons of human recruits), Colorado, Texas A&M (full roster), and Baylor are all open. Our conference right now should be very good and active going forward as it's myself, Ozzball, Nitros, and MrFortune. If you're thinking of hopping into D1, please consider the Big 12!

TAM looks really solid to me and just waiting on a good coach. No better way to get better at your game than playing with some seriously good coaches in ozz, MrFortune and z32. Top notch competition which is why I decided to join the conference.

I'm doing one more season at Penn and then I'll either jump back up or stop playing. I'll probably choose one of the teams in the North that haven't had human coaches in awhile though - Colorado, Iowa State or Kansas.

Was thinking ISU but those 19 scholarships at Kansas next year might be fun.

We'd love to have another top coach like yourself. Just remember, every year you wait to take over a rebuild, is another season you'll have to wait to reach the top levels. I'd recommend Colorado or Texas A&M personally, both can win big time at D1. Nitros won a L3 bowl in his first season at Oklahoma St.!

Multiple NC winner Awaskow has taken over ISU for a full rebuild. Let's get 1-2 more coaches during this period, join the fun!

Sounds good! After you get the job, that'll make 6 out of 6 coaches in the conference with NCs. Should be great competition in the coming seasons.

Also for those interested, next season Missouri will have 1 season of human recruits returning, while Texas A&M will have 2 human classes. Either should be easy to get back into contention.

Texas A&M got filled overnight, so we're up to 7 coaches. Baylor and Missouri are still available. Missouri would probably be an easier rebuild because it already has a head start, but people have had a lot of success at Baylor across other worlds.

Picked up another multiple title winner in Tampafla at Texas Tech! Would love to see someone take over Missouri, with KSU and Kansas empty it should be a nice place to recruit.
