Does a player's Low Post rating only apply to offense? Or does it play a factor in defense, as well?

Defense is a combination of DEF, ATH, and SP, in that order. And SB in bigs.

For guards it's DEF, ATH and SPEED in MAN. It's DEF, SPD, and ATH in 2-3 zone and press. Not sure about 3-2.

For post players, it's DEF, ATH, SB for man and press, and DEF-SB-ATH in zones.
