I wonder if the reaction to the recruiting changes would different if we would have gone from the current process initially to the 2.0 process? Perhaps the rationale was that they wanted to simplify it in the hypothetical scenario. Would it have caused less freak out, more freak out or relatively the same? My theory is that there would have been more fall out and quitting, but I want to hear the thoughts of others.
