I am having trouble listening these days. New computer windows 10. Any ideas ? thanks

I have Windows 10.
Chrome seems crappier with it.

When stuff doesn't come up, I try Explorer.
And about half the time, that does the trick.

I have windows 10 and use firefox to listen without any problems.
Firefox and Windows 10 seem to mesh pretty well with my listening as well.
