There's also a league that's not listed in the forums (that I saw) that is available as a theme league where all-star players have been blacklisted. It was a lot of fun making a roster for that, and I assume there will be a lot of variation in the teams.

Hey! I'm new to the classifieds, but I've done full seasons and theme leagues. Your classified post showed up in my Exhibition league message board, and it caught my attention. It sounds awesome, and I'd like a team if you need me. How do these classifieds work, though? How do we join the league after this?

Hi myrkur. Welcome! You are in! Basically, the classified runs an ad, and anyone who is interested does exactly what you just did: finds the specific ad, posts interest in the thread and you are good to go!

Could you explain what's meant by "Below Average Minor League Players"? Thanks!

What it means is that the fictional minor league players the SIM will generate for everyone's teams (everyone gets their own set of minor leaguers) will tend to be poor players. It's luck of the draw, but generally what that means is that you'll have those minor leaguers to use in a pinch if your team has too many players out with injuries, but as a general rule you'll probably not want to play them very much, meaning the games will be mostly all played with real historical players.

People have drafted and entered their teams already. You can do the same and see how the team looks: tinker with lines and either leave it in or drop it out and change a few players. We're in a slow time of year so things take a while.
