I drafted Elliott and RP Al Corwin, the other 14 players were drafted by the prior owner before he left the league. He actually did a pretty good job in drafting. The outfield is quite strong as is the infield although a new 3B will be needed for 1952. The pitching staff is also good, led by Blackwell, Pierce and Roe in 1951 and Trucks has very good seasons ahead in 1953 and 1954.Al Corwin is a good relief pitcher by 1951 standards as well.
