Yeah it's pretty hot there. Closer to the beach than Ohio at least!

But that's why I picked up SDSU. Got a vacation home to visit.

After a little prodding, I got an answer from cs. They said to be a "true rebuild" a team would need " a string of seasons no where near 500 and 200+ rpi".

its an answer I can at least see the logic behind.

Classic ambiguous CS answer.

"a string"
"nowhere near"
"true rebuild"

so do you interpret that to mean to get a very good you need 4 straight seasons of sub 200 RPI and say 8ish wins? Is it the same for all divisions?

Here are the last 9 seasons at my Knight Villanova squad, we're still just Good on the Wants Rebuild preference. Unless that simmed 10-17 season in 105 counts as "near .500" and it reset the counter, seems like you have to be bad for a very long time to get to Very Good.
