I am in a position where I will have two punters and zero kickers on my roster this upcoming season. Is it better to convert one of the punters to a kicker or just have him kick by default? Will his skills as a kicker diminish the same as they would if I do the conversion?

will likely be ugly either way so I'd agree with ebel on this one. The one benefit of keeping both as Punters is that your best Punter is also your best bet at Kicker and will perform both duties. Whereas, if you were to convert one, you'd likely have to choose to give up some value in Punting situations, or to put your backup Punter as your starting Kicker... I think the conversion results in loss of approx 10 points from both GI and TEC.
