Rules
- Only players listed in the player pool are eligible for the draft
- Park Selections -You may change to an available park, which will move you to the city as well. We will retain league alignments. An owner may change divisions, but not leagues. For example if a AL owner decides to move to CAL, but he's currently in the PLE, he would move to the PLW and the most eastern team would move to the PLE. If you decide to move, you must do so with one of your regular draft scheduled picks. You will then have an extra pick added to the end of the draft.

- If a player is listed who was part of someone's keeper list, then that player belongs to the owner who picked him during the draft. This is why reviewing the player pool to ensure that your guy isn't there is important. The reason for this rule is so that everything is laid out before hand and if we run into the issue it's been addressed. I've seen pools on hold for days because of this exact issue.
- If you make an uneven deal during the draft, or trade away a player for a pick next year you must make up that pick during the supplemental round

- Transaction deadline for AAA call ups and trades will be set at game 160
- Max Keepers is 20
- 4 year loss total for placement of draft slot with a seasonal loss minimum. It would be a 45 win total by game 162 or that team would get a -10 in the loss column for each win under 45 subtracted from their loss total for that season.
e.g. if a team had 43 wins (119L - (2x10) = 99) That teams Loss number for year X would be 99.
- I.R. Players DO NOT count towards keepers
- snake style draft (even numbered rounds will be reverse order of uneven numbered rounds)
- from '46-'66 we will be using last season Players from the years '40-'45 as fillers, known as "Secondaries/Supplementals"
- The "Secondaries/Supplementals" will be made available to draft along side of the current seasons rookies.
- The "Secondaries/Supplementals" can be kept as part of each teams alloted 20 max keepers each draft until 1961
- Starting with the 1962 keepers lists, they can't be kept as keepers, just drafted as fillers with a max number allowed as follows
- 1962 - 5 secondaries max (100 max)
1963 - 4 secondaries max (80 max)
1964 - 3 secondaries max (60 max)
1965 - 2 secondaries max (40 max)
1966 - 1 secondary max (20 max)
- These numbers refer to the max number of secondaries you can have on your roster at the end of that seasons draft
- After the draft is over there won't be any restrictions on how many Secondary Players any one team can have.
- They will be treated like any other player once the season starts (you can acquire as many as you want via trade) but at the end of the season ALL Secondary players will have to be cut again.
- After 1962 we delete undrafted secondaries from the available list.
- Total Roster can be up to 30
- Able to trade picks 2 drafts in advance eg. during the '46 season you can trade picks for the '47 & '48 draft. After game 162 of '46 you can trade picks for the '49 season
- Please post your picks in BOLD with POS If Picking a Secondary player, please list season beside their name
