Exclusive Player League: The idea is that everyone gets to choose two players who will be on their team and nobody else's team. In effect, it's a two round draft and after everyone picks two players the rest of the player pool is up for grabs. The end result is that each team will have two exclusive players and 46 players will be banned from use for each team. Sounds simple, right?
Here's how it will go:
Step 1: 24 people sign up for the league.
Step 2: We will have a random selection process to determine draft order.
Step 3: All 24 team owners will select two players. He who picks 1st will also pick 48th. 2nd and 47th, 3rd and 46th and so on until 24th and 25th. Hopefully, this will make it fair. You could be the last person to sign up and still get to pick first.
Step 4: After the draft, each team has their two exclusive players and the other 46 players drafted are off limits.
Step 5: Fill out the rest of your team from all the players who have not been drafted.
At this point the salary cap has not been set yet. I want it to be high enough so you can afford your two draft picks and 10 decent player, but not so high that the remaining 10 players are basically an All-Star team. If you have any questions please ask. Sign up below, Thank you.
