I build a team I like or experiment with something new in a roster and whatever the team salary amounts to is the cap I go with. I mostly do tend to fall in the $120M-$140M range though.

In this particular league, I'm trying out a pitching staff with a total OAV of .172 and putting them in a park with a -2 rating for 1B. I'll see if we can pull off a no-hitter.
