So when you arbitrate a guy 3 years in a row he says he's going to free agency no matter what. Is that still the case if you trade him? Or will he be willing to do a long term deal with his new team?

I just had this happen to me. I traded the player and he signed a LT deal with the new team. I offered to trade back for him if he didn't and the league was ok with it.
