rapid growth in WE.....among support staff.....as they summon their energy and delete a thread they started......in which customers wonder whether they will have complete action on the issue they spoke about - the issue THEY said they would address and announce when their action was complete

thread discussing support inaction successfully deleted - wow - what an accomplishment - and yes I am being snarky - because they have earned snarky

Yes, they did.

I generally defend CS, because it's a ****** job and they're dealing with a bunch of whinebags, but this is unbelievable. I know zorzii is a selfish whiner but he has a legit gripe. If he doesn't dump his Clemson team after this, he's also sackless('cuz he said he was going to).

Mike: I already dropped California Davis. Will probably drop two more teams and keep Clemson. I am not a whiner but this situation is getting surreal, tough to understand.
