standard WIS customer relations is to say that you will address and issue, say that you will announce when you have completed doing so, and be silent after what SHOULD have been just the first phase of resolving the issue

Good coaches were always leaving. This just expedited it.

I think we (as in the people who know stuff) should make a concerted effort to drive intelligent discussion. There was a thread on 3 point shooting we should spend more time on those than on the 11 standard WIS sucks because of "x".

This is what WIS is counting on us doing.

I don't like harping on this issue, but if CS would stop hiding under their desks and tell us they aren't doing anything more and anyone who dislikes that can suck it, at least we can move on. But as it stands, there's still potential for adjustments, and we aren't 100% sure the glitch is permanently inaccessible.

They promised they would make an announcement. I think it's reasonable to expect WIS to keep its word.
