Support deletes threads, no promised announcement Topic

how long does Support need to think about this? there are obvious doable steps they could take. None are perfect. Many are better than no mitigating action. They need to pick one and do it OR annonce that they lazy and spineless and will be doing nothing.

They are doing nothing. Why announce that?
8/12/2017 11:56 AM
because they said they would announce their action/decision - said so in threads they then deleted. Keeping promises is good.

"We reviewed the WE glitch and have decided there is nothing we can do."

6 pages of ******** before the thread magically disappears.

There. I saved you some time.

Would be good customer service for THEM to do so - and maybe even explain why. But yes, they have clearly - and simple mindedly - decided they cant effectively do anything. Or they dont want to

But, we get what we pay for.

They dropped the ball on this. They probably know it(hence, the deletion of all related threads). They want it to go away.

I would suggest going out and taking the dog for a walk.

maybe the worst part about the inaction of WIS on this is that thewizard17 continues to make these kind of smug, half-gloating posts.
8/12/2017 1:41 PM
Half-gloating? He got away with it. It's full-on gloat.
8/12/2017 2:02 PM
many others - according to Support- also got away with it.
8/12/2017 2:05 PM
I call bullshit on that. Support asked us to report people. I doubt they took more than 20 seconds to try to figure out who did it.

they may be blowing smoke - they said many in response to ticket quoted above in the thread
