Doesn't F become D- after 1 exb game?

Hmm... I thought there were diminishing returns on practice minutes beyond 22 or 23 minutes, for individual and offense/defense. Is that incorrect?

If not, we could theoretically go crazy and put all 130 minutes into an offensive or defensive set and get everyone at F up to B+ by the time the conference schedule starts?

there are some diminishing returns as low as 15 minutes. They increase to a point where you can really notice them with practice time over 25 minutes

So you would agree that "number range X to Y = B IQ", for example, is not entirely accurate?

correct

for example, I think that you would see less growth if a player was at 10 minutes for 10 days and then at 30 minutes for 10 days than one would see with 20 minutes for 20 days

I have not done a study to establish how big an effect that would be

oldwarrior: Can you clarify what you said about "diminishing returns as low as 15 minutes"?

When I originally read it a couple days ago, I read it as anything over 15 loses its impact (i.e. 16 adds less than 15, 17 adds less than 16, 18 adds less than 17, etc.) But after reading it again today, I was wondering if you had actually meant it in the opposite direction (i.e. 14 adds [proportionally] less than 15, 13 adds [proportionally] less than 14, 12 adds [proportionally] less than 13, etc.)

Which one did you mean? Thanks. :)

I think he meant what you originally thought
