Now that the elites are full, it's clear that Louisville is the best BCS job available for those looking to move up from non-BCS conferences or D-IAA. Da_goat built up the roster nicely, and they finished 12-3 ranked #16 with a L4 win. Also the rest of the Big East is full, so you'll get 80k+ in bowl money every season to punish those B1G/ACC/SEC teams nearby.
