TWELVE RANDOM PAGES - $70m plus some AAA (full) Topic

thanks.

Just weighing in on the box score AAA player: I have 7 box score pages (maybe as many or more than anyone, but I haven't double checked that). Of the 7 games, I only have a total of 5 AAA swap eligible players: 3 OF, 1 1B and 1 LH SP. I don't think that warrants changing the rules or gives me an unfair advantage. I already have a backup 1B from a player page and a AAA OF from my Negro League selection. Luck of the draw will keep me from utilizing more than 1 or 2 of the box score AAA. It's not like I could grab a backup/platoon IF or catcher. That would be much more valuable. Anyway, that's my 2 cents on this new variation. Frankly, it wouldn't bother me to limit box score players to WIS eligible only.

frazzman80: Welcome aboard! I had a great time in your league so hopefully you enjoy mine! Here are your twelve pages to go with a Bullet:

1. 2017 New York Mets Roster (40-man) - shows the Mets' current roster - I guess you can take any two guys on it, even if they aren't in the majors yet, since you'll have to use AAA replacements for both anyway
2. New York Yankees @ Chicago White Sox, 5/11/1996
3. Los Angeles Dodgers @ Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, 5/18/2016
4. Tampa Bay Rays @ Miami Marlins, 5/23/2016

5. San Francisco Giants @ Pittsburgh Pirates, 8/18/1981
6. Milwaukee Brewers @ Texas Rangers, 7/8/1992
7. San Francisco Giants @ San Diego Padres, 9/21/1991
8. Boston Red Sox @ Cleveland Indians, 9/1/1984

9. 1997 San Diego Padres Fielding Statistics
10. * P Lefty Hayden 1958 Reds [non-sim player, you'll need an AAA replacement here]
11. * P David Holdridge 1998 Mariners [another non-sim player]
12. Baltimore Orioles @ Seattle Mariners, 5/30/2011

Nobody on your squad will be old enough to remember why Bullet Rogan wasn't in the big leagues. You can take him as a right fielder if you prefer once you sort out the rest of your team; he'd be a star there, too.
I'm 99% sure I have this correct...

I'm creating a petition not to be in frazzman's division...

frazzman80: The only change you need is in page #9: 1997 San Diego Padres Fielding is a "team page," so you need two sim-eligible players from that one. The rest of your non-sim players appear to be by the book. That's nine by my count, I think you'll be leading the league in that category! But I will be curious to see if your team can handle the pressure down the stretch with so many "inexperienced" players :)

Well disregard everything I said earlier.

I understand tdoak...

Since you are so concerned about the "inexperienced" players, I've add the great veteran presence of P Danny Jackson from that 1997 Padres. Hopefully he'll help stabilize things down the stretch if needed.
